Allyson
- Ally had spent a whole twenty minutes in her Suite before she was out and about once more. Google maps had come through once more and she was en route to nightclub that just stood out above the rest of them. The Trinity Nightclub was her destination and after driving around looking for the place, the sign shown bright and the little line gave direction to her. Parking her car, she tucked the keys away in her pocket and set out to have a good night. She was still dressed in the same college-student look that she'd arrived in. Light blue tank top with those faded blue jeans and her old Nike running shoes, she felt the tinniest bit under-dressed.. but then again she really didn't care about that at the moment. Her ID in hand, she gave it to the bouncer at the front door before being allowed in. ID was swapped with her credit card as she slowly made her way towards the bar, looking forward to having a few drinks and the possibility of meeting a few people along the way. Slender form slipped upon one of those stools as she glanced around at the assortment of liquor behind the counter. With he amount of activity given, she was able to make a solid selection before the tender arrived to her. "Could I have a Crown 'n Coke please?" She handed him her credit card, certainly opening a tab as he set about making her drink- (D)
Kira
She had been inside of the club for a while, acquainting herself with the surroundings while it was less crowded. You never knew when you needed to know where the exits were in quick order or where you could jump behind not to be seen if something big and scary was wondering through. Really there were few things in the world that were big and scary to her anymore but there was always the unknown. She existed in the world, why couldn't worse things? She was on her second "red headed slut" shot and what appeared to be a sex on the beach, but really, all those fruity drinks started to look alike after a while. Then a woman slipped up into the seat next to her and ordered a crown 'n coke and she turned to look at the woman with a slight frown. One breath in told her she was human but that didn't mean she couldn't talk to her, they were the most fun sometimes. "I have a friend who likes crown, awful stuff in my opinion, but then again he takes it straight so....eh I'm never going to be able to drink that stuff again." (d)
Allyson
- The tender was soon there with her drink, placing the chilled glass in front of her with a nod before he was off to serve others. before she got the chance to take a drink of the concoction, her attention was diverted to the woman besides her. A smile came to her lips at her comment. "It usually takes a few with coke before I can man up and drink it straight.. though if that happens them I'm pretty much good to drink anything else without really caring for the taste of it." It was usually the point where all alcohol tasted the same, no matter what it was. Green's glanced over to the drink the woman had in front of her and she couldn't help but arch a brow "I can't really stand fruiting up drinks myself.. but to each their own right?" she smiled, lifting her glass to the woman in a 'cheers' salute.- (D)
Kira
"Exactly! To each their own. I hate trying to convert to different people's ways, takes the fun out of things but standards definitely must be made to follow." She couldn't throw out all of the rules, she worked in the business world. "Although to tell you the truth, I think I've found my favorite bar tender here because he's heavy handed on the alcohol and light on the fruit. I have a horrible time trying to keep a buzz. High metabolism for it I suppose. One of my...well I don't really have friends but someone I knew at a bar I used to frequent in California told me once that certain people are just genetically like that. Maybe that's me." (d)
Allyson
"They're the best kind of drinks!" taking a sip of her own, she realized what the woman meant. The warmth of the Whiskey went down easily with the coke, a soft purr given in response to the effect. "Well, people will remain the way they are. Can't change them no matter what you do it seems." Not like she was out trying to change heart's and minds, but there were people whom pushed things upon others, depending on the situation it could be good or bad. "Well, I just came into Seattle and I'm looking for some friends. Care if I buy you some drinks?" Buying drinks usually seemed to be the key in getting a little party together, and hopefully a chance to get to know someone and make a friend. "Though I apologize first off," she set her drink back on the bar, extending a hand to her "I'm Allyson Bennet, though most people call me Ally" (D)
Kira
Changing people's minds and hearts was her specialty but she definitely wasn't upfront about it. She laughed lightly at the question of buying her drinks and nodded. "Sure thing. I'm up for hanging out with you tonight Ally. My name
is Kira D'Valois. Nice to meet you Ally," It wasn't that she wasn't social that she didn't have friends, she just didn't have a use for them. Human friends? Now that would definitely be a new one, they were the ones to be corrupted
and tainted, being friends with them never really ended well. "Well Ally. what is it that you do that has you moving to Seattle?" (d)
Allyson
- At least, she had someone she could drink with and enjoy the evening. At most, she could have someone to have future evenings of fun with. Seemed like a win-win to Ally right then. "It's nice to meet you Kira," she smiled. Her glass was lifted back to her lips as she took a slow, but long drink of that amber liquid, soon replacing it back on the bar top. "I'm here for a few weeks actually, not really moving. College is out for a break and I needed to get away from home... though coming here from Oregon isn't really that far, it's enough for me." Who knows though, maybe she might become a resident of Washington. "I don't want to assume, but I'm guessing you being here is a more permanent situation than mine is?" (D)
Kira
"Yup. I just moved here last month. I was offered a position in a business consulting firm and took it. Instead of taking that first few days to stretch my legs and get situated I jumped right in and opted for an early two week vacation. This is technically my two week vacation for that. You should move here, from what I've seen, it's great but if you're still in college, that might prove difficult." It was great? Well she thought it was, she was a little more resilient than humans were. Well maybe a lot more resilient but she couldn't see much problem with playing with abnormal humans and vampires. The worst that could happen? Well horrible things could happen hanging around her tooso she couldn't judge. If Ally was smart, maybe she'd get by. "What is it your studying? Or really what is it you'd like to become or do for your life's occupation? (d)
Allyson
- Eyes seemed to light up when she mentioned Business consulting, though she was able to remain quiet until Kira was finished speaking. "This might seem a little odd, but I'm going to College for Business Management," seemed like they were getting off to a good start. "My father does loads of consulting for companies around the world. I love to travel and I seem to have a knack for knowing my way around the business place, so I thought going into the same line of work my father does would fit me perfectly. Not to mention the lovely pay that seems to come with most of the jobs." Kudos' to her father because without him, she'd probably be stuck at home going to community college instead of the four year university and the trip she was on right at that moment. "Who knows, maybe I'll decide to come up here to live, though I might wanna give it a little more than a few hours before I make that decision" (D)
Kira
Well didn't just everyone she meet have money. Not that she had any problem with that, she came from money herself it was just strange that these were the people she was meeting. Well not too strange when you took into account that thus far 50% of them weren't human. "Business Management. Wonderful stuff. I like the fact that I can do it by phone and at night. I'm a night person myself, me and that horrible daystar aren't friends at all. UV tinted windows in my penthouse because of it. Which is the other great thing about that job....money. I love money." She laughed at that, taking another few sips of her drink. Was she tipsy, nope, she just realized at that moment how shallow that comment might have sounded. "Maybe you'll be able to get the same sort of offer I had to come work for this business. What are your normal hours. I mean not that I get many chances to talk to clients of the vampire sort but I've met two thus far and I know most of the people in my firm don't do night hours." (d)
Allyson
"I agree with that" she laughed. Money seemed to be bountiful in the Business industry, which was where she was heading to. Something she liked to do, plus getting the large pay seemed to be the best thing she could do with her life thus far! Brow arched when Kira mentioned the vampires, a race which she didn't really mind though didn't do too much business with.. but she pushed the bit aside as she answered. "Well, firstly, I can only hope to get some job offers once I get out of school. If not then.. I dunno what I'll be doing.," She didn't want to go work at McDonald's with a Bachelors Degree. "But I can usually work whenever. I like the night life, usually means it's quiet and I can get work done in peace. Or I can do it during the way when most people seem to be up and about. Face to face meetings and presentations. I guess I can do both sides of the coin" She raised her glass up, finishing off what was left of the Crown 'N Coke. Eyes were a little glossed over and her cheeks had a bit of red to them, but she still seemed as sober as she had when she'd walked in. "Here we are talking about work when we're supposed to be enjoying time off!" Laugh as she waved the bartender over "Would you like another drink?" she asked Kira- (D)
Kira
She nodded through most of it and shrugged. "I got into my position thanks to connections but I'll drop a word in with my company to keep eyes out for applicants. Nexus Consulting, you should put out feelers there, they're surprisingly nice." She looked up at the bartender and nodded, ordering another sex on the beach. "Work work. Yeah, it's all I ever talk about sometimes, you have to kick me out of it. I haven't really explored too much around here though so I can't tell you about many things except a nice view at my apartment, which is where I really spent the first month of my time here. See what I mean about getting stuck on things. I just zoned in on work I guess. Maybe I can zone back in on having some fun out of the apartment." (d)
Allyson
"A refill please" she told the tender before looking back to Kira "My father's done a few things for the Nexus in the past. Some collaboration work with some of their consultants, nothing too big. They seem like a great company to work for" She said they should stop talking about work yet there she went. She laughed a little as she took a drink of her fresh Crown 'n Coke "Well, I have all night and a bit of money. Seems like the town really doesn't shut down at night so.. I'm up for doing whatever comes to mind." Darker things didn't seem to phase Allyson. Some might have her pegged for the naive, sheltered school girl and sometimes she pulled it off, but she had seen her fair share of things and wasn't afraid to dabble in the darker things of life- (D)
Kira
"Well...we could spend some time here trying to pick up guys and get our brains liquefied on booze, which I have no problem with myself. And then maybe do some bar crawling around since I plan on taking cabs all about for a while...
or....we can I donno." She took another long sip of her former drink to take in the rest before starting on her second one. It was probably a good thing that Ally wasn't squeamish about darker things because if she continued to hang
about Kira, it was probably all that she was going to get to see. Not many things I'm aware of to do.....Oh, we could find a strip club." She laughed lightly at that comment and watched for Ally's reaction. (d)
Allyson
" I actually made the mistake of bringing my car with me," she sighed with a little bit of a smile. "Guess that was sort of stupid on my part, but nothing a taxi ride in the morning can't fix huh?" She took another drink, placing
the glass down as she listened to Kira's suggestions, the last one in particular being a bit more interesting then the previous. "Know of any good strip clubs then?" she smiled devilishly "Or do they have those themed
clubs like Sports, French Maids, Bondage, ect ect..?" (D)
Kira
She shrugged slightly and made a small noise as if that she had brought her car didn't really matter much in the grand scheme. "Hmm nope, I'm not really familiar with any strip clubs but...I was thinking more men, I'm not sure how
men would look in French Maid costumes but maybe we could find them hm?" She pushed her fingers into her pocket then, grabbing out her red phone and tapping on the screen. "Could always ask the all mighty and powerful google where some things are." (d)
Allyson
- She let loose a loud laugh, hand coming up to cover her mouth quickly to silence herself. "I'm sorry," she smiled "It's just the few clubs I've been to have been women. Gotta love being pulled into one at two in the morning by
your friends" Good times! Hand reached for her glass, lifting it to her lips to take a long drink, nearly finishing it off in that one go. "Google is the best! It's how I found this nightclub. Always knows where the best places are.. well.. at least most of the time" (D)
Kira
She laughed at that comment and watched her drink. Yup, someone was starting to get into the swing of things. "I've never had that experience actually. Can't say I was really top on the list of people to drag out to strip clubs but
I suppose it takes a special someone. Not that I'm the sheltered type." She started messing around with her phone a bit and giggled lightly. "I suppose I should preface the search with "male" hm?" (d)
Allyson
" I'm not the sheltered type either. A lot of people peg me for the go to school, sit at home and study and do nothing else type of person. I like to have fun, get out and do things that some people might thing morally
wrong" Because honestly you weren't living life if you didn't give things a try at least once right? "Well, adding male in there might help a little bit. Maybe." Course either male or female, it seemed like a good time in the making, and she wasn't going to pass it up for anything!- (D)
Samantha
-Samantha Montgomery was the sheltered type, and mainly because she was a pure bred were-tiger from Vancouver, British Columbia. But she was free of her clan, away from home for the first time and experiencing new things. This was the second time that she had made the trip to Trinity nightclub, after vowing that she wouldn't dare step through its doors again. The young lady was beautiful, inside and out. Dark brown hair, fell in soft curls to her shoulders and honey hazel depths looked around the long line to check and make sure that she was not in the presence of the Master of the City, or that little bastard that followed her around that was so icky to her the other night. Sam should have known better than to trust a strange man, but Nick was attractive and charming, and she believed he would dance with her. Until they got up to Trinity's second level and he started hugging on the vampiress named Addison. She was turned off by it all, and opted for the door. Tonight the line to get inside went quickly. She flashed her passport photo, and paid the cover charge and she was in. But barely. Not quite 21 yet, she had to drink with a fake ID, call her random. But it worked every time. Tonight, she was dressed in a glittery baby doll top, and slacks that were black, with her leather heels. She wore platinum bangles, a bit pricey but she couldn't tolerate silver. Heading towards the bar, she gave her hair a toss back, and ordered herself a Margarita. ID and money on the bar.-
Kira
"Yup. Okay so our selections are...Centerfolds and Seattle Gentlemen. But...really I think that we should be staying here for a tad bit longer. Who knows, maybe my neighbors might stop by." She laughed lightly and slid in her seat
at the bar long just in time to see Samantha, a girl she immediately recognized as the "other" she'd seen just two nights prior. Oh this was going to be interesting. She moved up to the bar and ordered herself a drink and Kira spun in her seat to face her. "Hello there. My name's Kira, I saw you the other night in here and wanted to introduce myself but didn't get the chance. You look like you could use a girls night out and Ally and I here are looking for friends, want to join us? I'll even offer to pay for your drinks." Returning the favor that Ally had offered her? Yeah it seemed in the spirit of tonight's fun. (d)
Allyson
" Well, both sound very enticing, but I'll have to agree with you. I think I need a little more to drink before I head out. Not too many bartenders like this guy, as you said" Gotta love the heavy-handed tender. The more she drank the more she liked the man that made them. She was busy finishing off her second Crown 'n Coke which.. really should have just been called a tall whiskey, before greens' turned to watch Kira as she introduced herself to someone whom she had met before. Greens locked onto the woman she was talking to, offering a broad smile to her. "We would love to have s'more company if you'd like to join us!" being friendly as ever, and why not? The more the merrier she always said!- (D)
Samantha
-Samantha's head quirked to the side oddly. The heat signature on the woman was strange. Hotter than a lycan, or a human besides. To tell you the truth, she didn't know what Kira was, but Sam kept herself shielded. When she introduced herself, Samantha smiled in return, and stuck out her hand, Canadian style. "Pleasure to meet you Kira. Name's Samantha Montgomery. " As the other woman was also introduced she smiled and waved to Ally. "Um friends, sure. I'd love to join you!" Samantha had to admit, aside from pursuing her studies at Seattle University for her Master's in History, her life as a tiger and being new in the city, she was a bit lonely. She had met another of her kind, Dr. Costello, and he was a wonderful man. Although she didn't know why a vampire had given him a ring, she did know that said vampire could call tigers but for what purpose she was still unaware. The brunette collected her change, ID, and Margarita, and shifted off the barstool in order to join Kira and Ally where they had been sitting before she arrived at Trinity. A good band was playing live, and it sounded like of grungy like Pearl Jam. "Thank you Kira, for the invite. I am new here to Seattle myself." she said with a twang.-
Kira
She was happy for the sudden chipping in of her fellow do-badder, Ally, and grinned, as if this sealed the deal. When she introduced herself she thought for a moment that maybe she should have followed up with last names but that could be for later. Her grin broadened even more when she agreed to join them and she took another long drink of her sex on the beach. "Wonderful! Ha all of us new to the city, this should be interesting." She'd picked up on the uniqueness about Samantha the other night, and although she wasn't getting any new information about her right now, she was starting to become familiar with some very interesting people. "Woo, I'm starting girls night out, I do feel productive tonight." Kira, wasn't really hiding much at all. If someone picked up on a strange feeling, she didn't care, if someone picked up on the strange mix of ozone and honey on her, she didn't mind that either. She almost encouraged prodding and questioning about her. Too bad Ally wouldn't be able to pick up on that. "So I'm a little new to girls night out really so what is it that people normally do on girls night out?" (d)
Allyson
" A pleasure to meet you Samantha!" She smiled. The night was slowly growing into something that would surely be locked into her mind as a night to remember. Whether things were going to end on a good note or bad was yet to be Gathered Saints: experienced but she hoped it would end on a good one. Allyson couldn't help but break out in another fit of laugher at Kira's question "You get together people for a girls night out and don't know what to do?" She didn't mean it to be an insult or anything, t'was just the whiskey getting to her. "Well, we have the whole city to explore. Let's do whatever we want to do!" Certainly there was loads of stuff they could do, even at the late evening hour that it was "We had strip clubs on out minds. Maybe hit one of those or sit here getting drunk or whatever. The sky is the limit!" fingertips laced around her glass as she took another drink, unsure how or when it was refilled, but there it was- (D)
Samantha
-Samantha had the feeling that she was a fish out of water as far as knowing what a girls night out was. She didn't do it often enough so she expected the pair to know what to do. Ally was definitely human from the looks of her aura and the energy signature she produced. Also she was a bit buzzed. Samantha sipped her Margarita, and her hazel eyes looked somewhat amused. "I guess you drink a little, and dance a little, and get laid a lot!" she giggled. The innocent was not as innocent as previously thought. A guy behind them overheard her and said "Hell yeah!" and Samantha blushed hotly. "O-M-G!" she whispered. "Did he like just said what I thought he said?" she snickered. The guy was: not half bad looking, but he had a bad case of pimples. Yuck. Acting as though she didn't say anything, she gazed at Kira and Ally, hoping they would come up with some idea of girls night out, before that drunken clown in the booth strutted over to keep his promise. She took a mouthful of the frozen Margarita, knowing full well that she would never get plastered like Ally probably would.-
Kira
"Yeah well...." She gave Ally a look that kinda said "Shuddup, don't make me look bad" but was unable to stop herself from giggling. "Maybe...but like I said, I don't have friends really so you can understand the lack of a girls night out experience.....Ally." She did catch what the other guy said and turned to look at him with a small wink. Did she want the attention? Nope, but turning him away she would get a little spike of emotional outburst to tickle her senses with. "Drink a lot, dance horribly and maybe go to a strip club is on the docket ladies. The sky is apparently the limit so we can do all kinds of things. I have a penthouse with a guest bed and a very comfortable couch that we can retire to and sleep off our drunken shenanigans so I need ideas here. I have a Google phone with the ability to search the world and no idea besides male strip clubs to look for with it." She could finally feel the edge of a buzz and was going to keep that thing on life support as long as she could. (d)
Rowan
It was a crisp and cool night in Seattle, Rowan has been missing tons of action around this club. Blame it on tending to his employees and guests at his inn, he was definitely old-fashioned, so he admits to that part. He parked his black volvo in the parking lot between a set of cars. His oculars look straight outside his windshield, the car's engine still running until he finally shut it off thinking what the heck. He was never shy, more like the social butterfly. He brought the fun to the people not the other way around. This human body he worn so well, kept a deep secret underneath. His skin was a little darker, Middle Eastern and his eyes was a light hazel color as one iris streaked leaving the truth to be questioned by his audience. Pocketing his car keys after locking the car doors, he started walking towards the club's main entrance. Oh, the two bouncers remembered him, he was one of the regulars. "Eh?! Mr. Willis. Haven't seen you around here in awhile. Go on in man. "Hey, this guy was an ally. He gave a light smile to the fellow before walking past those doors. A lot of people was dancing and chatting. He felt tons of energy, his destination was towards the bar. He was of average height in this form, his actual version was taller than this weaker body. He wore a pair of black, athletic tennis shoes adding a short, sleeve gray shirt and black pants. He sat down at the bar, ordering a drink.(d)
Samantha
-Samantha had been sitting with Ally and Kira, making small talk, and trying to decide what to do for this "Ladies Night." She had zoned off a little bit, and snapped back to attention when the others were talking. Sam sipped her Margarita, hoping someone had come up with an idea. "There's always the Space Needle." she commented. She hadn't been there yet, and didn't know about the other ladies at the table, but she did like being outdoors. Inside was okay, but she didn't want that crazy loon of a man to come over to their table and start flashing his dick around. Oh why had she mentioned getting laid. Hazel depths lifted from her drink to look at the man who strolled through the club like he owned the place. He looked like he just came from the gym for fucks sakes. She was somewhat surprised they allowed patrons in dressed like that, but...hey. It wasn't her club, or her business. Samantha crossed her legs, and said, "strip club. There's got to be one around here someplace." Kira was the one with the Google access, so maybe she could MapQuest something. Since the accident at Angle Lake Park, Samantha was without her bicycle, and she had gotten to Trinity via a cab. "Who are your neighbors?" she asked Kira, because that was the last thing she heard before she zoned off.-
Allyson
- Ally couldn't help but giggle when Kira said her name and gave her that look. She was quiet for the moment though as she let Samantha and Kira talk about possible destinations that the three of them could visit during their night out. She was busy working on her third drink of the evening and it must have been showing that she was getting a little tipsy. Glassy eyes looked over to the two of them once more, smiling at the mention of the space needle. "Do you think they let intoxicated people in? I mean.. I don't want to get sent to jail for drunk in public or anything." Smile seemed to be plastered to her face right then, but she didn't care. She was having a good time and nothing would really ruin it right then- (D)
Kira
"Space needle...I don't know. Seems like a touristy thing to do but it's a possibility. Ally raises a good point though. I think she's going to be our first drunk here and do we really want her weaving an wobbling around at great heights while we giggle our brains out behind her? But yes...we have two options...the Seattle Gentlemen and.....Centerfold I think it was." She finished off her fruity drink and ordered three red headed slut shots and a whiskey sour for herself, bypassing Ally's comment about the drinks for her being Ally's treat. Kira was after all the one with a job thus far. "My neighbors, just met them here last night funny enough...Nick and Addison. Lovely people once you get to know them. Maybe we could just have a party at my place and bring strippers there! Mmm maybe sans the strippers but I have a filled bar so...." (d)
Rowan
Rowan never truly wear anything flashy nor something costing a million dollars, he was not from around here and was more of an immigrant. He looked towards the women who he observed from afar, he felt something centered around two of the girls, the other was human from spotting her from behind. As for owning, he did need anything nor his wardrobe was flashy more likely casual. He wasn't sure exactly who was what, he knew shape shifter but the other was a bit outside similar to him a little bit except he's felt this one's energy more than once. His slender frame never did enter a gymnasium, that is so American. He watched the bartender return, slide him his glass of red wine. "Thanks. "The burly man nodded to one of his regulars, he often struck up a conversation with him. Tonight wasn't one of those. He sipped his wine, his cellphone and wallet strapped to the right of his hip. The one thing about women was always mysterious. He was the outcast, the foreigner away from home. He wiggled his left fingers some. Rowan did not dare get too caught up in any feminine bonding. He knew better. (d)
Samantha
-Samantha had been drinking the frozen Margarita, when Kira answered her question. She almost spit her drink out of her mouth when she heard the names of her neighbors. There it was. The Master of the City, whom Axel had told her was Addison, and Nick must be that asshole that she met the other night. Good God. Couldn't go too far without everyone knowing who they were, could she? She tightened her fingers around the stem of the Margarita glass, and kind of went silent. Kira was probably right about Ally, she was pretty tanked. "I don't know, going back to your place...how far away from it is the Marriott Waterside. Because she like really needed to get a ride back to the hotel. Besides, there was no way she was going to get drunk even if she drank gallons of Cuervo Gold. Hazel eyes glanced to the fellow that entered once again, something was off with him too. –
Allyson
- She didn't get tooooo crazy when she was drunk. She'd mess around and what not, but unless someone had drugged her alcohol, then she was just a funny drunk. Which was the stage she was at right then. "Well, I'll leave it to the two of you since you both seem to be in a better mind set then I am." She took another sip. Going to the strip club could be a fun thing, and also a place where she could probably blow through a lot of money and not remember about it till she was sober the next morning. "Just as long as we all have a good time, then I'll be up for it." She was someone who liked to make sure those around her were having as good a time as she was. If they weren't then it really wasn't a good time and she wouldn't partake- (D)
Kira
She didn't miss that little pause and the look on her face when she mentioned those names. Well Nick had been a little bit of a dick from what she'd seen so maybe that's why she'd seen Samantha walk out the other night? She shrugged slightly. "I don't think it's far from the Marriot, it's pretty centralized in the city." She continued to drink at her sour and smirked softly at Ally's comment. "We already are having a good time, no worries there." (d)
Nick
Nicholas was dressed sharply as per his usual standard, combined with his youthful almost boyish appearance, and appeared more of the young executive or debonair mold than that of the "typical" Fed. It was nine times out of ten an advantage. God forbid the man ever have to go undercover or dress down, while indeed he just as easily could have. After all, it wouldn't have been the first nor last time he'd been caught looking less than GQ. Of course it wasn't an issue, though Nick did not see any reason what so ever that he should look anything less than his best at all times. Appearances were however not everything. For as charming as the man could be, he very well as easily qualified for every penny involved as being just as big an asshole as he was meticulous in his appearance. He was "off" work, off duty so to say, in some regard… even though he was never truly, ever really off duty. He'd stopped at home, the penthouse, to freshen up and consult with Addi. He found himself standing on his terrace, iPhone in hand, dialing Kira, phone to ear, he listened as the other end rang. The phone was pressed to the left side of his head with his left hand, while his right adjusted the purple and black square patterned tie's knot in a meticulous fashion. (d)
Rowan
Rowan lost many of his older friends including hasn't heard from the former MotC either. Everyone he knew had left or so he has heard recently, it was getting lonesome and he was no lack of entertainment for nothing. Rowan did not deliberately go straight over to introduce himself, have to do it another time. One of the male rules wasn't limited to him, he knew exactly when not to and when to. Drinking the last of his wine, there was an itch to find room to find something to do, anything like right now he could simply perform a simple hocus pocus. Oh, no can do. The women over there would just provide what he's seeking. Standing up, the Prince walked forward hoping they wouldn't mind an extra wheel. "Hello there ladies. Mind if I join you? Or is this girls only?"An Arabic accent flowed past his lips, he looked at Ally then the other femme fe telles. No, Rowan wasn't a jerk. That never described him, polite and gentle. But, they was new and he was a man from overseas more or less. (d)
Allyson
"Well, I'm glad we are" she smiled, finishing her drink. "I wouldn't mind taking a taxi back to my hotel.. I mean it's not that far from my place unless I just.. pass out someplace" which might very well be a possibility considering how much she'd had to drink already. Eyes were drawn from Kira as she heard that voice come from someplace eyes, soon looking towards Rowan as he asked if he could join in. She knew it had been between the three women, but she didn't want to speak drunkenly for the entire group. Eyes looked to Kira once more, wondering if she wanted to have some more company or if they were going to indeed have that girls night out- (D)
Kira
::She was lucky enough to have been holding her phone when he rang her so she felt the vibration as well as saw the phone light up. She finished the sip of her drink and laughed lightly at the coincidence of him calling just as she spoke up about him. She looked to the man, frowning as she pointed to the phone and answered. "Hello Nick! I was just talking about you!" She turned to look back at Ally and shrugged. She'd let it be up to her. "I was just thinking about bringing some friends back to my place, hope we won't make too much noise." (d)
Nick
Speak of "the Devil" in vain, and he was bound to oblige. Apparently she had just been speaking about he himself, who was by no means any sort of Devil... at least in terms of what he actually was. He was nothing so sinister, though his behavior at times certainly might have left people guessing. "Oh Really"?... He had to chuckle at the coincidence then, that she had indeed just been speaking of him when he had called. "It's "off" hours for me, no pressing business to attend. Was just calling to see what was going on tonight, perhaps Addison and I could join you if you do? In the spirit of being good neighbors and all"?... (d)
Rowan
A light smile flickered across his innocent mask, he posed no kind of threats, nothing whatsoever. All he was here for was trying to find room to settle in Seattle but it did not help being a hermit, so he made a tough decision to make to give socializing a try. He had call his mother back home, she was thinking that there could be other supernatural like him. He bit his lower lip, those eyes was sincere while he was looking straight at Ally but as for the girl, Kira, he wasn't quite sure who she was speaking to and could care less at the moment. He said nothing, he stood right there not moving from this spot. "Well?"It was all up to either of them, but if not he'll check back another time. There was always tomorrow. (d)
Allyson
- Seeing as Kira was on the phone, she looked back to the man for a moment. The look in his eyes seemed very sincere and Ally didn't think it could hurt if she invited him.. though she didn't want to put a kink in any plans that Kira had. "Well.. why don't you pull up a stool and have a drink?" she asked with a smile, offering that invitation to him to join them. She was still cradling the whiskey and coke, the cool glass brought up to her lips as she glanced from the man to Kira and back. "I'm Allyson Bennet," she offered to him with a smile. Eyes were very well glassed over and there was that underlying laughter in her voice that never seemed to settle. What the heck, you only live once right? (D)
Rowan
He wasn't going to use magic, couldn't let them on what exactly he was just yet. It was better that way. He scooted up a stool then joined them hoping the girl, Kira did not mind either. "Rowan. My name is Rowan Willis. From Cairo."He gave an innocent smile, his appearance was nothing but pure innocence so it will seem. That was only part of his description, he found new Seattle inhabitants in replace of the old ones that was once here. That was Cairo, Egypt. Nothing like the Prince of Egypt, course he was a Prince but as far he was concerned he kept to his civilian appearance. Moses nothing, he held a noble stride and showed no disrespect to anyone. "Having a good time I bet?"It was his priority after all. Seeing people happy and entertained, he would not be Rowan if he did not. "A pleasure Ms. Allyson."It was flat out respectful, he could not speak to the girl on the phone so it will be her instead. "New here?"He questioned, Rowan ordered a second glass of wine leaving the tender to fetch it for him,and while he waited he was striking some form of conversation. First impressions and all that. (d)
Allyson
"It's a pleasure to meet you Mr. Willis from Cairo" She offered him a polite smile. She foudn nothing wrong with the man at all. Polite, had manners and wasn't making any sort of sexual advances on her at all like most men would. A real gentleman indeed. "No, not a good time." she said to him, her face sobering up enough to give him a straight and rather gloomy look before she broke out in laughter once more. "No, we're having a great time. Having a few drinks and meeting new people. It's always fun when you meet new people, don't you think?" Tilting her glass towards him before she finished it off. "Yes sir, I am. Came here for vacation, just got in a few hours ago actually. Decided I needed to stretch my legs and here I am. What about you, Mr. Willis? Cairo is a long ways away from here" (D)
Kira
"That's great! Yeah feel free to come over, especially if you know how to mix drinks. Ummm we'll be taking a cab soon I think, or finding some way back after I finish this drink." She laughed lightly and nodded at Ally, "okay'ing" her idea of including the new guy. This was about meeting guys as well as friends right? Well from her point of view it was, even if she was starting to think along the same lines as Nick had said the other night, she didn't need a guy right away. (d)
Nick
"Alright then" Nick chuckled a moment, concerning the 'especially if he knew how to mix drinks' solicitation included in Kira's invite over on to the penthouse next door to his and Addi's. "Addison is handling some paperwork and shouldn’t be too much longer, I'll let her know though to come right on over when she's done if she isn’t by the time you and yours guests arrive"... He could only imagine... It sounded like Kira was at a nightclub. Given his description of the sights to see of the city, as he knew them, Trinity was a good bet. After all it had been where they, he, Addi, and Kira, had met. "Call me when get back home then"... Conversation over, short and sweet, the iPhone's connection to Kira's phone terminated as he then glanced to the terrace of the penthouse next door, 3902, and chuckled. What dumb coincidence was that? He strolled about a bit, enjoying the night air and the view from the top, 39th, floor for the first time since he'd acquired the place. Sure, he'd taken the time to asses it as being to die for, but had never really taken the time to appreciate or enjoy it.(d)
Rowan
He laughed when she said his name like that. Shaking his head, he requested she did not need to speak his full title. "No need for that Allyson. It's just Rowan or Row, either one of those is fine."Kind of made him sound like the Governor! As for sir, he left that alone too. Rowan wasn't one to snap just cause someone addressed him as such. His polite demeanor came from his strong family, they were all good people and taught their children how to show respect. His father nor mother would never let their son be anything less than a man. Although, he enjoyed sexuality as much as the next person he wasn't at all like most of them loser. And sure as hell wasn't a cheapskate. Just as Ally said she wasn't having a good time, he smacked his jaws like Macauley Caulkins look-a-like. "I was going to have to bring out the slippery slide and hose."Old school toys with the wet slide, may actually give them plenty ideas for parties. It was to bring out his amusing side so she could have all the fun she needs to. Rowan did not seem as if he was dull, he was the life of all parties more or less. The bartender returned with his second glass, he drank this one slowly as if he was part vampire without draining the entire content. "See, you're also quite new here as well."His gaze fell on Kira, looking to Ally then to the woman who his detection meter was feeling, she could not be human, he would've known she was. (d)
Allyson
- She smiled, though nodded her head to his request "As you ask Row," she still felt a bit uncomfortable speaking to him with the name but it t'was what he was asking for and she would respect that. After all, she was more
comfortable with people calling her Ally then Allyson. "Oooooh!" she said, sounding the split image of a 5 year old right then "Water slides are the best!" She.. would have never said such a thing in the tone she just had if she
were sober. But being that wasn't the case, she sounded a bit immature. "Yup yup, new to the town." Eyes glanced to Kira, brow arched "So what are we doin'? Strip club? Other bars?" Course she probably didn’t need anymore liquor right at the moment.. but who was she to refuse a perfectly mixed drink?- (D)
Kira
She ended the call, bringing the phone down and grinned broadly before laughing and looking up at Ally. "Oh okay so plan....we go back to my place, Nick and Addison are going to join us at some point. I'm going to put my neighbors to work making drinks for us and we can watch movies or just talk about the good ol' days or...ya know....general small party stuff. Sound good?" She drank up the rest of her drink and giggled a little. She was tipsy but drunk wouldn't come for a while. (d)
Rowan
Apparently, Rowan wasn't invited to this party and he wasn't upset about any of it like some were about it. Besides, Rowan has other agendas to worry himself over than a party for chicks. There was no response from Kira to his last inquiry so he did not bother. These women really knew how to put their liquoir away. Hope they can get home in this condition, for him he could pack a wallop compared to them. His blood sapped the strength of what makes people lose their sobriety, he alone will need probably much more than that before he completely falls out. He heard Ally's answer. Sweet. "Cool, cool. How are you liking it so far?"He has only been here for like two or three months so far is it? As for the distance he really could not explain exactly how he got here to her, it'll be complicated. "Yeah, it is very far from here."Distance to him wasn't a problem, what with his abilities there really wasn't nothing too hard for him. She'll definitely be shocked to learn he did not drive but used a transportation of his own, for awhile he'll keep it to himself. (d)
Allyson
"Seattle is a breath of fresh air, though some might not consider me being that far from home.. I came up here from Oregon, but from what I've seen it's heaps and bounds different from my home." Greens' glanced past the man to look at Kira, giving a nod to her. More liquor and more people to meet, sounded like a lovely time to her. "That sound's like a plan," she smiled, though looked to Row "Would you care in joining us? The more people at a party, the merrier" she probably sounded like a broken record at this point, but she liked having company when she drank. Made things go by quicker, and all sorts of fun things sprang up as opposed to drinking alone with nothing but the TV, if even that keeping you company- (D)
Kira
If Row had actually talked to her, she hadn't noticed, she was engrossed in the phone conversation. "Alright, so I'm done. Ally, you're done and....I'm sorry I didn't catch your name?" She looked around a bit with a slight frown. "And I take it that whatever that text was that Samantha got took her away? Okay well, I took a cab here so I'm going to offer up a cab seat if you guys want to come with me that way." She wasn't all too worried about people coming with her back to the penthouse now. If there was trouble caused, well her neighbors were going to be there and would have more than enough means to make things all better. Well that was if she didn't get to taking care of the problem herself. So a man Ally had just picked up tagging along? Not a problem. (d)
Rowan
Oh! Yeah, Kira was enveloped in her phone chat to have noticed. That's right, pretty much so. Rowan was waiting till she hung up before he spoke, he did not want to be rude especially when someone was talking on the phone. He sipped the contents of his glass, then sat it down so that there was no stranger between them. "Name's Rowan. I'm Rowan Willis. "He smiled softly, hoping not to have ruined anything or nothing like that. His eyes turned to Ally who asked if he wanted to go. Really? If it was okay with Kira. "I would like that Ally. It's real generous of you. I could help with the neighbors. "Rowan offered his assistance, he wanted to be helpful in case Kira will need extra hands and everything. He lived in an apartment downtown, an expensive one with a set of fish tanks he made sure to take care of before he went anywhere. "That's fine. “As for Ally sounding like this broken record, nah. She sounded great to him anyway. "I'm game. “Confirming he was up for it, parties was something he blend into. (d)
Allyson
"I guess so.. she darted off into the crowd." she spoke to Kira about Samantha. She'd like talking with the woman, even if it had only been for a short time. She hoped she'd be able to see her again in the future sometime soon. "And I would love to come if you wouldn't mind the company.. i can't really drive back to my own hotel room at the moment." A drunken smile coming to her features. Hand raised up to flag down the tender, wanting to close down her tab and get her credit card back from him. " Well, good company is hard to come by anymore Row. I was lucky in finding people like Kira and you. You both have really made my night worth something." That piece of plastic which held access to her vaca money came back. That slip was signed and a $15 tip was left for the tender. "Well.. all my affairs are done and done" That smile given to them both- (D)
Nick
Nick went back inside, finding Addison in the library which had become their combined, mutual, office away from each of their respective offices. He gave her the short and sweet, Kira, their new neighbor whom they'd gotten "acquainted" with the evening prior was having a little shindig... Nick in more way's than he'd cared to however, had acquainted himself with Kira, hindsight ever the bitch. Addison's status had not changed since he'd checked in with her having arrived home not an hour prior. She was still tending to a small mountain of paperwork, though informed him that she would venture over more likely than not when she was finished with her affairs. He gave her an affectionate peck on the right cheek, his warm lips keeping contact a moment before leaving her to "it". He wasn’t exactly comfortable with the idea of Kira, whatever she was, base on what he had the misfortune of seeing. All the same, it was better to be on friendly terms with her, whatever she was, if he was going to be or had to be on terms at all. In the spirit of being on friendly terms, as he had set the framework for the other night amazingly enough given the glimmer into her he'd taken the liberties of extracting without thought to the possibility that one day he was going to see something he really did not want to. In every other instance before her? Even with all the fucked up things, nothing could even begin to compare with what he'd been immersed in concerning her. All the same, the only thing he could do was put his best foot forward thereafter, put that shit in a box... and throw that motherfucker into the ocean right? Fat chance. The curiosity remained, concerning Kira, even given how there were no justice in words to describe what he had "Seen". He waited for the call, from his new neighbor... and friend.(d)
Rowan
What she said, about good company is hard to come by, perhaps she was onto something there. His right fingers curled along the glass, feeling a new energy hit his nervous system locating a familiar presence. One he hasn't met face to face, only in passing during his time at the mall. It was when he was in another form, this one was his base one which he used to get around more freely and easily. "It makes me feel better hearing you say such things Ally. I'm glad to have met all of you just the same. I don't get out too much to be able to do anything, thought I step from my business and home so that I may find something to interest me. Good to know Seattle really is getting some newcomers. "He did have his own car outside, he'll leave it there and ride with them. His hues side glanced at Ally's cheek, the other Kira was considerate too. "I would hope we can continue doing this. “Should do this more often, these get together for all of them. Humans and supernatural together. (d)
Kira
She wasted no time calling a cab when all was settled and they were in agreement to retire back to her place. She got up after Ally paid and she was able to do the same and made her way outside to wait for the cab. No a long wait
and soon they were coming into the lobby of the apartment building and Kira pulled out her phone to call up Nick as they made their way to the elevator. "Hope no one has a fear of heights" (d)
Allyson
- She gave a pleasant smile to Row "Well, you're very welcome. It's not very often that you meet people with manners and pleasantries that you've shown to me." Credit Card was slipped into a pocket carefully as she followed Kira out of the bare, albiet a bit of wobbling. She was glad when the cab arrived, slipping into the vehicle as they headed off to the apartments where Kira lived. "Wow.." she muttered as she slipped out of the vehicle, looking up at the large yet beautiful building before entered within. The buzz was wearing off a bit, though she'd certainly get another drink when they arrived at the party- (D)
Nick
The building where the lot of them lived, were less classified as "apartments", more that the facility was the Seattle Hyatt with floors 18 through 39 being Luxury residences, and the top ten floors being Penthouses. The top floor? 39, had only three. 3901 occupied the Northern half of the floor, a touch over five thousand square foot including balconies and a north eastern, and eastern facing terrace. 3901 was Nick and Addi's, for the time being, whereas penthouse 3902 occupied the south eastern corner, of the buildings tippy top, with likewise views and terrace. To refer to such a facility as an apartment would have been a drastic, perhaps humble, understatement. Access controlled, high ceilings, practically no amenity spared, and with more marble than Rome herself? The units were more palace than apartment. Nick removed his phone from his left pant pocket and answered, noting the caller, lifting it to his ear with a smirk as he made his way out the front door of 3901. "I take it you have arrived"?... He waited outside in the corridor. (d)
Rowan
Rowan was there and caught Ally before she crashed without warning. He held her left, upper arm until she was okay having seen her pack enough alcohol into her system. Steady as they went, he was close by and not very far away.
"Careful Ally."He smirked, then released his hold so she can be independent enough on her own. If she was going to be alright, that's all he really needed to know. If not, he had it all under control regardless if he was not already in her care after drinking that much. His own phone and wallet was strapped at his right side, he followed inside while checking out the decor of the outside and inside that made him compare his abode to this exquisite one. His apartment was upstate but this one took the cake entirely so. "It should is really nice."Tilting his head a little, his brown hues looked from the ceiling to the walls and flooring. There has to be tons of dollars to keep a place like this up. Mortgage payments must very well be paid in full seeing this place. (d)
Allyson
"Thanks" said to Row. Cheeks went a whole different shade of red as embarrassment set in, though she couldn't really help herself right then, the alcohol still rushing through her system, Things seemed to be alright once they reached the elevator. Slipping into it silently, she moved to lean in the corner, eyes closing as she thought about how badly she was going to be feeling the next morning over. Well.. she had no one to blame but herself, so no complaining. She bet it was one of the upper floors they were heading to, and probably would be treated to a stunning view of the city.. and if not that then a lovely view of how a really nice palace should look among other things. Glassy green's opened to watch the counter as they headed upwards, each floor passing by within a couple of seconds of each other till it started to slow to a stop. "I.. guess we're here huh?" asked to Kira and Row- (D)
Addison
Paperwork was finished and just as she had told Nick she would wander over as soon as she had finished. When she had moved into the penthouse, no one but the two of them had resided on any of the top four floors, but she didn't
openly object to the whole having a "neighbor". She started toward the closet to change out of the jeans and long sleeve crimson button down, but immediately changed her mind. While it was a get together, she didn't get the suggestion from Nick that it was of any type of more formal or classy dress code existed. Which suited Addison just fine. A pair of tan Merrell's had been slipped on before as she made her way toward the front door. While not
in a hurried fashion long legs had her putting a hand on the door knob within a few minutes of having finished up with her paperwork. A flick of wrist and she was out in the corridor, making sure the door locked properly before finding her way to 3902. Dark waves of chocolate had been pulled up into a twist keeping it up off her neck. Her key card and been slipped into the back pocket of her jeans and her cell, was clipped to the side of her jeans, covered by the button up that had been left untucked. -d-
Nick
Nick himself was going to bet on the side of common sense and assume that the event was going to be a fairly casual one. Even so, he was not going to change for the occasion, would remain dressed as he was. He had greeted Kira and Co. - Unknown at the front door of 3902, Kira's place, and not a second sooner than he'd spoke to introduce himself while Kira utilized her keycard, had Addison with usual grace, poise, and silence came up from behind to join them at his side. "Hello"... He said with a polite smile, his right hand then making gesture towards Addison. "This is Addison, I am Nicholas, Kira's neighbors"... Naturally, as a matter of courtesy, he expected return information as to put names to their shining faces in return. He was wearing a Dolce suit, black, and same such black wingtips, with a white dress shirt, with a patterned tie of small, 1/8th inch black and purple square, which at that point he loosened as Kira opened the door and motioned the lot of them inside. The obscure jade cufflinks, Addi had given him as a gift, were naturally being worn. His pale blue-green eyes, the green more pronounced of the coloration, transitioned lazily between the female and male guests he had not yet become acquainted with. (D)
Rowan
He walked in after Ally soon as Kira had allowed them entrance, it really felt cozy. The soles of his shoes moved further inside, the temperature of this room was just about right. Rowan walked towards a window looking out into the
night, he did not look straight at Ally but answered her question. "Yes, we are. "Then someone knocked, he saw Kira invite another set of people. His eyes looking to Nick and Addison who the man had introduced the both of them. Addison? They have met once, at the park no? As for Nicholas he extended a hand in a formal greeting between the two men. "I am Rowan. This here is Allison, we just arrived. Heard you was coming."He looked over to spot Addison, haven't seen her in a long time. First times never did count. "Addison isn't it? It's nice to see you again. "Rowan was quite formal, a great host voice seems like he's done this forever. Being the owner of an inn, it was nothing new. As for Kira, this was her home so what she did was her decision. (d)
Kira
She'd wanted to manage an introduction but her phone picked that time to light up with a call and she winced at the person who's name came up. She opened the door, smiled as Addison and Nick met them there and allowed everyone inside before stepping to the side and listened to the slight rant on the other end of the phone. "Yes dad, I'm sorry. Tomorrow I will get it done I promise. You've nothing to worry about I just got on vacation and it slipped my mind today, not that I forgot completely. She'll get it I promise...........Okay dad, I love you too. Go to sleep now." She sighed as she pulled the phone away and grinned at everyone. "Sorry guys, had to take that call. Nick, Addison, it's great that you can come over." She moved them into the living area where the bar was situated and sat down, slipping her shoes off. The living area was situated a little to the left of the entrance and lead out into the wrap around terrace. (d)
Allyson
- First thing she did as she stepped in was gazed at the beauty the place gave off.. It wasn't very often that Allyson was left in awe from the way a place looked.. but Kira's palace like apartment was just amazing. Hues continued to wash over the beauty that filled the place, though her eyes were soon pulled from the interior to the couple that soon appeared at the doorway. Looking at the two of them she really felt under dressed.. There in her light blue tank top, faded jeans and her old Nike running shoes she just felt.. out classed really.. Though it didn't stop her from introducing herself. Green hues were still a bit glazed over from what she had to drink at the nightclub, but she was slowly coming around. "Hello, It's a pleasure to meet you both. I'm Allyson Bennet, though most people just call me Ally" she extended her hand to both Nicholas and Addison for a hand shake.. though maybe it was the wrong move to make considering their settings and the company.. let the second guessing begin!- (D)
